Do we still hate lens flares? Cuz I like lens flares and I put a whole bunch of them here.

Wasn’t seeing the light at the end of the tunnel with this for a while there so I’m glad its finished. Went out of my way to use a lighter, warmer palette and I kinda struggled a bit but I think it clicked for me eventually.

Firmware Update

Finally, finally finished this one! Contrary to what I said a few days back (weeks? Hard to tell these days), I find myself with a fair amount of spare time so I hunkered down and colored this today. I’m happy with the changes I made compared to the original sketch.

Might finish Bucciarati next, or maybe do another Mario thing, maybe against 2B. We’ll see.

Was having trouble coloring this so I threw away what I had, added some textures, put a gradient map on it and called it a day once again proving my newly found motto of: if it’s not working, throw it away and start over.
